One detailed colored pencil rendering: for the client’s approval. This rendering remains the property of the artist unless the client wishes to buy it for $150.
Client’s acceptance of pose, concept, size, price, medium (oil, acrylic, oil pastel, or watercolor). Approval and signing of commission contract by client with a 20% nonrefundable deposit.
